Lions Den Hotel, Cooktown
The Lions Den Hotel is truly the last frontier located in Cook Town around 180km drive from Port Douglas. It was built in 1875 on the banks of the Little Annan River and is surrounded by 100 year old mango trees. It's open seven days a week and is a great place to grab a cool beer.
