Belinda has over 25 years' experience in premium resorts and high-profile restaurants around the world her favorites' being Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Nepal and Phuket. Belinda is passionate about sustainability and committed to making a difference by supporting local businesses, using the best quality products available and developing the careers of young culinary professionals.
