Executive Chef Lee Neate sources a wide selection of local produce, from fresh seafood straight of the local fishing vessels through to the Tableland's best fruit and vegetables. We have an abundance of locally grown herbs to choose from as well as a wide selection of local, hand made cheeses.
The restaurant is open from 4:00pm with our lounge menu, and dinner is served from 5:30pm, seven days a week. We also have a light lounge menu available available through the day.
Watergate also has a well appointed bar, ideal for a cocktail before dinner, or maybe another glass of red and a cheese platter at the end of the night.
Watergate has a well appointed bar. The centrepiece is an impressive bar of Jarrah wood panelling, Negro Italian granite bar top finished with glass and mirrors.
The lounge is ideal place for a cocktail as the sunsets, or maybe a light meal from the lounge menu with a bottle of wine. It is also availabe for a pre-dinner drink, or desserts and coffee at the end of the night.
Our lounge menu, desserts and cheese platters are served all day until late.
